Additionally, first home buyers in Victoria also get a stamp duty waiver on properties under $600,000.

Recently, a new Home Builder grant has been announced by the federal government. The new $25,000 grant is on top of existing State and Territory First Home Owner Grant programs, stamp duty concessions and other grant schemes.
